Hatha Yoga classes

Breath. Awareness. Relaxation.

Whether you wish to live with less stress, reduce anxiety, find the confidence to follow your dreams or find more happiness in your everyday life, you will embark on a journey towards health, strength, flexibility, balance and freedom.

These slow-paced Hatha Yoga classes will focus on correct alignment, breath, flowing movement, and control from the deep core abdominals – with a focused mind in a relaxed manner.

If you are looking to lose weight, get fit, reduce stress or all three, Yoga can help you. Each class will help to get fit physically and mentally. Try the first class for free and have fun!

The beginner’s programme will teach you how to work from a strong centre, making sure you are able to engage the pelvic floor, perform lateral breathing and locate correct neutral pelvis/neutral spine alignment whether you are standing, kneeling or lying.
